Today the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) announced that it would seek a rehearing en banc for the May 23 decision to vacate FERC’s Order 745. The AEMA is not surprised that FERC stood by its jurisdictional grounds and is pleased that Acting Chairman LaFleur took the positive decision to fight the ruling. See the FERC press release here.
